Asterion, Inc. will exhibit at the "ITC 2007" from October 24.

Asterion, Inc. (formerly Shibasoku R&D Center, Inc.) a Shibasoku company located in Marlborough, Massachusetts will participate in this year's International Test Conference (ITC) at the Santa Clara Convention Center on Oct 24-26.
At ITC, Asterion will introduce the Ceres next generation linear/mixed signal test system based on the Asterion platform architecture and will demonstrate a number of innovations that challenge many of the long term assumptions around ATE systems.
