Shibasoku, Co. Ltd. would like to invite its loyal customers to an advanced showing of its next generation analog/mixed signal test system, Ceres . This soon to be introduced new test system is based on a completely new tester architecture, developed to reduce cost of testing across all of our customers test operations. For manufacturing Ceres provides improvements in speed, reduced down time and reduced sustaining. For product development it offers faster program development, built-in qualification, simple multi-site and the new software architecture allows the introduction of new capability without fear of disrupting production of existing products. This system is designed to virtually eliminate the high engineering-cost of system change-over and upgrades while allowing high scalability to address changes in product mix and product capability.
