The CC35A3 is for encoding analog Y/Cb/Cr component signals into the corresponding SECAM TV format VBS composite signals.
Your PAL format signal generator can be used as a SECAM format signal generation source when its Y/Cb/Cr signal outputs are connected to this unit.
In addition, output Y/Cb/Cr signals of a PAL format device such as a PAL format DVD player can be used as a SECAM format moving picture signal source when the outputs are connected to this unit.
In this way, this unit can be used for a variety of purposes at manufacturing sites as well as in research and development.
