LM108A DVD Multi Station : Shibasoku
LM108A DVD Multi Station : Shibasoku By combining the basic unit with a variety of options, the LM108A can become an optical pickup development system and a disc testing and inspection system supporting all types of optical pickups and discs.

The basic unit is configured of a stage, spindle motor, disc clamp, tilt stage for mounting optical pickups, and a power supply for the mechanisms.

Eliminates the need for customers to design or create basic units, and dramatically improves the efficiency of experiments and development.
Features
Supports Blu-ray, HD DVD, and other types of discs and optical pickups.
ShibaSoku-made optical pickup, both blue laser and red laser are available.
Auto testing of discs compliant with various standards is possible.
Model without optical pickup is also available as an optical pickup development system.

LM330A Disc Test System : Shibasoku
LM330A Disc Test System : Shibasoku The LM330A disc test system is configured of a system controller consisting of an optical pickup (head) unit, a disc drive unit and a rack mount unit. Various types of phase change optical pickups and MO-type pickups are provided.

If the optional LG100A write signal generator is mounted, the system can support all types of disc, and includes high speed evaluation for next-generation discs and high-speed DVDs.
Features
Next generation discs, such as high NA discs, blue laser discs, high-speed write discs, and three-beam head are also supported.
Head settings can be used to support all formats. Settings for DVD, Blu-ray, and high NA (surface) are provided.
All optical pickups for MO-type discs are provided.
Air spindle (500 to 12,000 rpm) is supported as an option.

LG100A Write Signai Generator : Shibasoku
LG100A Write Signai Generator : Shibasoku The LG100A is a write signal generator for recordable DVDs, containing a clock generator. It is used together with the LM330A/LM108A disc test system and the LB100 series optical pickup adjuster.

A maximum of five light pulse values can be controlled, with four signal outputs, D1, D2, D3 and D4. It generates high-speed strategy signals for DVD +/-R, +/-RW and DVD-RAM.

The output signals can be selected in a range of patterns, including single and random patterns. 32 user-definable operation modes can be selected. The delay time for the rising edge and falling edge of pulses can also be set to any value.
Features
Generates high-speed strategy signals for discs including 16xDVD +/-R, +/-RW and 16xDVD-RAM.
PECL and NECL can be selected for the output pulse.
Generates any clock signal in a wide band, from 1 to 540 MHz.
The frequency band in which the channel clock operates can be selected (If specified upon purchase).
The lag value for one step can be set (If specified upon purchase).
