The LB100A optical pickup adjuster is a system that adjusts CD, DVD, COMBO, SUPER COMBO, RAMBO and other types of optical pickups. Since the LB100A adjuster is equipped with automatic tracking function that automatically adjusts the location of the photo detector (PD) to the center of a spot, it is able to perform adjustment work smoothly.

The optical pickup is mounted manually, and the operator manually adjusts it for each pre-programmed category. When adjustment for all categories is completed, each adjusted category is automatically tested.

When an optical pickup is mounted manually and the test is started, the test automatically follows a pre-programmed regimen, measurement condition and judgment condition. The results with "GO" or "NG" judgments are automatically displayed.
